What is the relationship between guitar tabs/chords and piano tabs/chords?
ByI find chords on the net for the songs I really want to play on piano except they’re only guitar chords. How do I convert guitar chords to piano chords? Or does anyone know a really good site where I can get free piano chords for songs?

Piano chords and guitar chords are the same. There aren’t any differences as far as which notes get played. If you play a C chord on the guitar and a C chord on the piano, you’ll play the same notes — EXCEPT — that you’ll play a different "voicing" of that chord on the piano than you would on the guitar. Each instrument makes it easier to play the chords in slightly different ways.

You can use all the guitar tabs you find and just play the chords the way they’re written out on this website.
